Sommers, CFA MBA, is a Co-Founder & Executive Chairperson at Income Research & Management, Inc. He is on the Board of Directors at Income Research & Management, Inc. He oversees the firm’s Client Service, Human Resources, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Finance Teams.
He is Chairman of the Executive and Management Committees and serves on the Investment Governance and Product Committees.
He has over 37 years of experience.
Prior to joining co-founding Income Research in March 1987, Mr. Sommers worked in Investment Banking and Fixed Income at Morgan Stanley.
He has a BA in Economics from Amherst College (1984) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (1988).
