HipLogic has developed a next generation mobile application platform that redefines the way people consume content on their mobile phones. The platform improves content and application discoverability, provides a consistent user experience across all handset models, and optimizes data traffic on cellular networks. The platform is available for smartphones (including Symbian, Windows Mobile, and by Q1 2010 Android) as well as feature phones running closed real-time operating systems. It has been deployed by The Carphone Warehouse, Europe's leading independent retailer, and will be available soon for consumer download. HipLogic's technology was developed by key members of the innovation team at Sun that built J2ME, now deployed on approximately two billion handsets. The HipLogic founders saw the limitations of JAVA and have created a platform that delivers the 'last mile' between operating systems and a truly next generation user experience-providing always-on, fast access and logical presentation of content and applications that are cumbersome to access through current mobile phone browsers. HipLogic is a private company funded by Benchmark Capital, Bay Partners, Stage 1 Ventures, and Accrue sports and Entertainment Ventures.

MySpace was founded on August 2003 and was headquartered in Los Angeles, CA.
