Javier Ferri

Dr. Javier Ferri is an External Partner at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA. He was a visiting researcher at the Adam Smith Business School of the University of Glasgow.
He collaborates as researcher with the Spanish Ministries of Economy and Finance, Fundación Rafael del Pino and BBVA Research.
He is one of the authors of the REMS (Rational Expectations Model for the Spanish economy) model, an economic policy simulation model for the Spanish economy, the results of which he has presented to the European Commission, the OECD and the European Central Bank.
Dr. Ferri holds a MSc in Economics from University College London and Doctor in Economics from the University of Valencia.
