Jin Gu

Ms. Jin Gu is an Investment Associate for Asia Alternatives and is based in the Hong Kong office.
Ms. Gu is primarily responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, deal execution and portfolio management of private equity fund investments and selected co-investment opportunities in Greater China.
In addition, Ms. Gu works closely with the finance team on Asia Alternatives’ investment performance and analytics database.
Prior to joining Asia Alternatives, Ms. Gu was an Investment Associate at Stanford Management Company based in Menlo Park, California, a division of Stanford University that manages over $20 billion of the University’s endowment and trust assets, expendable funds, and commercial real estate investments.
Previously, she also worked at State Street Corporation as a senior performance analyst for Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and CalPERS.
Ms. Gu earned a dual B.A.
degree in Business Economics and Political Science with an International emphasis from University of California, Santa Barbara.
She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
