Ms. You joined AMP&A in 2003 after spending two years as an analyst in UBS's Investment Banking Department.
At UBS she was a member of the Private Equity Placement Gorup where she focused on originating and executing private financing for healthcare, technology and media companies.
She has evaluated numerous PIPE, traditional private equity, and spinout opportunities in the biotechnology and medical device sectors.
