Joe Mariano

Mr. Joseph G.
Mariano, CFA, is a Senior Vice President, Head of Global Trading & Co-Head of Risk at Calamos Advisors LLC.
He is responsible for oversight of our trading team.
He is also a member of the Calamos Investment Committee, which is charged with providing a top-down framework, maintaining oversight of risk and performance metrics, and evaluating investment process.
He joined Calamos in 1999 and has over 22 years of industry experience.
His tenure includes many years as the firm's Senior International Trader overseeing equity, convertible security and currency trading across global markets, as well as three years working out of the London office.
He holds a B.A.
in Finance from Augustana College.
He is a CFA charter holder.
