Kevin Regan

Mr. Regan is a Vice President at Hildred.
Prior to joining Hildred, Mr. Regan was a Senior Associate at Centre Lane Partners, an investment firm focused on private equity and private credit opportunities.
In this role, he was responsible for evaluating and executing investments across various sectors including healthcare, business services, consumer products, industrials, software, media, and technology.
Mr. Regan also worked closely with board members and partnered with management teams at certain portfolio companies to execute high-priority strategic and operational initiatives.
Prior to Centre Lane, Mr. Regan worked at J.P.
Morgan as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group, where he focused on originating leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and bridge facilities for corporate and financial sponsor clients.
In his free time, Mr. Regan enjoys hiking in the Adirondack, Catskill, and Taconic Mountains; reading; and spending time with friends and family.
In addition, Mr. Regan remains active in fundraising and leadership initiatives for his alma mater and various non-profit organizations.
Mr. Regan graduated magna cum laude with a B.A.
in Financial Economics with Honors from the University of Rochester, where he received the Barry Rapoport Prize for general excellence in the field of economics and the William Morse Hastings Essay Prize for the best thesis on a topic of economic research.
