Kimberly Schneider

As Director of Investor Services, Ms. Schneider assists Mike McMenomy, Global Head of Investor Services, in the development of the firm's investment programs and in overall investor relations.
Ms. Schneider began her association with CB Richard Ellis in 1999 as the Director of Operations within the CBRE Investment Properties – Institutional Group, a 40-member unit serving as CBRE's higher value equity sales team, generally placing transactions into the capital markets at values exceeding $20 million.
In April 2004, Ms. Schneider was promoted to a Sales Professional, joining one of the forty Investment Properties – Institutional Group sales teams in the United States.
Ms. Schneider has applied her institutional market knowledge to review the financial strategy of over 970 institutional transactions totaling over $27 billion since January 2000.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Schneider was with CarrAmerica Realty Corporation (REIT).
There, she assisted the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions in growing their Southern California office portfolio to over 2.7 million square feet of Class A office space.
Ms. Schneider was also instrumental in land acquisitions culminating in over one million square feet of office build-to-suits.
Prior to joining CarrAmerica, Ms. Schneider was with Oakmont Corporation, an affiliate of TCW (Trust Company of the West) closely working with the investment group.
Ms. Schneider is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ISCS), the National Network of Commercial Real Estate Women (NCREW), and Cure Autism Now (CAN).
