Kristen Khavari

Kristen serves as Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing all HR functions for the firm.
Prior to joining Flexpoint Ford, Kristen served as Head of Human Resources for Banks Street Partners, which later merged with Performance Trust Capital Partners.
While there, Kristen held the position of Director, Business Operations and Strategic Solutions, overseeing various back-office operations teams.
Kristen’s early career includes HR Generalist and Recruiting positions with Kimley-Horn and Piedmont Natural Gas.
Kristen holds a B.S in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from North Carolina State University.
Kristen currently sits on the Board of Directors for the NC State Alumni Association and has obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
