Lance P. Stier

Mr. Stier was raised in Old Westbury, New York.
He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A., Philosophy, Politics and Economics, Magna Cum Laude, 2004).
After graduating, he joined Lehman Brothers Inc. as an analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group of the Investment Banking Division.
While there, he focused on structuring and executing leveraged buyout, recapitalization, and Mergers & Acquisitions transactions across a variety of industries.
In 2006, Mr. Stier joined Wellspring Capital Management LLC, a middle-market private equity firm based in New York.
While at Wellspring, Mr. Stier worked on a wide variety of leveraged buyout transactions, primarily across the consumer, retail, building products and food industries.
He joined Paine & Partners in 2008.
