Lawrence J. Krule

Prior to Goldin, Mr. Krule was formerly associated with the restructuring advisory practices of Deloitte & Touche, Coopers & Lybrand and Osnos & Company, where he assisted troubled companies or their creditors as both financial advisor and turnaround consultant.
Clients during this period include Houbigant Fragrances, Gotcha Clothing and Creditor Committees for McCrory Parent Corporation and LJ Hooker, Inc. He has been Director of Research for M.J.
Whitman Inc. and an advisor to the Third Avenue Funds, as well as a senior troubled company analyst with Oscar Gruss & Son.
Earlier, Mr. Krule was Treasurer and Vice President for Finance for the EF Hutton Group, where he was also CFO and a board member of EF Hutton Insurance.
Mr. Krule is an experienced turnaround manager.
He was CEO during the sale and bankruptcy of Equitable Bag Co., Inc. and has acted as chief restructuring officer for companies in the manufacturing and soft goods industries, among others.
He was President and co-founder of Distressdebt.com, a web-based business providing restructuring and special situation analysis to the investment community.
Mr. Krule is a past president of Turnaround Management Association - New York Chapter.
He has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA in Finance from Roosevelt University.
