In 1981, after serving investors for 50 years, Wayne Hummer Management Co. was formed to provide discretionary, fee-based, investment management services. In 2002, Wayne Hummer Management Co. merged with Wintrust Financial Corp. GLA offers customized investment advisory services to individual and institutional clients. In addition, the firm serves as adviser to mutual funds and is the General Partner to a Private Fund.
