Vaughan is the Co-Founder & Partner of Brook Bay Capital (UK) LLP.
Mr. Marcus J.
Vaughan was previously the Head of Event Driven within Hedge Fund Research at Man Investments (UK) Ltd.
Prior to this responsibilities, he headed RMF Investment Management’s Event-Driven team and was the Co-Portfolio Manager of RMF Event Driven Strategies, RMF Distressed Strategies, and RMF Special Situations.
He was also a Qualitative Analyst on the Hedge Fund Research team.
Prior to joining RMF in 2002, he spent a year with the Royal Bank of Scotland as a Senior Corporate Finance Manager in their structured finance division, working on MBOs and LBOs.
He previously worked for Regent Associates, a corporate finance boutique specializing in the TMT market, as an Associate Director, where he worked on private equity fundraising and mergers & acquisitions.
He started his career with the Royal Bank of Scotland in their graduate trainee trading program, and traded government bonds and repos on their fixed-income desk for four years.
Mr. Marcus Vaughan received his Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting and finance from the University of Manchester in 1993 and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the London Business School in 1998.
