Michael K. Craven

Michael serves as Director for Enhanced Capital in the Impact Real Estate department.
He is responsible for coordinating with companies and high-net-worth individuals to minimize effective tax rates.
He is also responsible for identifying real estate investment opportunities and structuring transactions to fit within deal parameters.
Prior to joining Enhanced Capital, Michael was VP at Stonehenge Capital Company, where he worked in a similar capacity.
Before joining Stonehenge, Michael worked as an associate with Unum Insurance Company, where he monitored credit and sector trends within a segment of the larger portfolio.
Prior to joining Unum, he worked in the Private Placement division of Citigroup in Hartford prior to the acquisition of the Travelers subsidiary by Met Life.
Michael holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
