Michael Lachman

Michael Lachman joined ThinkEquity Partners in January 2003 as a Principal and Equity Research Analyst focused on the medical device industry.
Most recently, Michael was a healthcare analyst on the buy-side with SAC Capital Advisors and Jurika & Voyles.
Prior to that, Michael was a medical device analyst with Hambrecht & Quist, where he received a #1 ranking in medical industry stock picking in the Wall Street Journal All-Star Analyst Survey.
Michael also brings to TEP twelve years of medical device industry experience.
Until 1996, he worked for five years in business development for the Ethicon Endo-Surgery division of Johnson & Johnson.
Previously, Michael spent seven years with Baxter Healthcare Corporation, working in both research & development and product management with a focus on implantable surgical products.
Michael holds an MBA (with concentrations in marketing and finance) from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
Michael received a BS in Aeronautical Engineering with highest honors from the University of Illinois.
