Patrick Fouhy

Pat Fouhy is a Principal at STG.
Prior to joining STG, Pat spent nearly 15 years as an investment banker providing financial and strategic advice to software companies and private equity firms across a broad spectrum of corporate finance matters including M&A, capital structure and joint ventures, as well as public and private debt and equity financings.
Most recently, Pat was a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he co-headed the firm’s enterprise application software practice.
Prior to Moelis, Pat was a senior member of the software M&A team at Lazard Frères & Co. He began his career at Deutsche Bank Securities in the Global Technology Group.
Pat graduated magna cum laude with a B.S.
in Management Science from Boston College.
He currently serves on the board of directors of eProductivity Software.
