Mr. Paul van de Vaart, CFA, is Fund Manager of Real Estate Securities at Aviva Investors Global Services Ltd.
He is responsible for the fund management of real estate securities portfolios.
Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Mr. van de Vaart worked for the real estate group of APG Investments, the Dutch pension fund for government employers and employees.
He joined the company in 1997 and was appointed Senior Portfolio Manager in 2002, managing European real estate securities fund and helping co-ordinate the global real estate allocation process.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of Maastricht and a Master’s in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.
