Eastspring Investments Bhd. (EIMY) is the Malaysian asset management subsidiary of Prudential Corporation Holdings Ltd., ultimately held by Prudential plc (LSE: PRU, NYSE: PUK) in Great Britain. Formerly known as Prudential Fund Management Bhd., the firm was founded as Prudential Unit Trusts Bhd in 2000 and changed their name to Eastspring Investments in 2012. Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, EIMY specializes in life insurance and mutual fund management for Malaysian institutional and retail investors.

CMS Trust Management Bhd. is a subsidiary of Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd., which in turn is a subsidiary of K & N Kenanga Holdings Bhd. (KL: 6483). CMS Trust was formerly a subsidiary of CMSB-Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd. (KL: 2852), and was acquired by Kenanga in 2010. The firm provides investment advisory and management services. They manage discretionary accounts and commingled funds. Their clients are retail investors as well as high-net worth individuals and institutions including corporations, pension funds, insurance companies and government agencies. CMS Trust also manages funds for third-parties and investment-linked products for insurance companies.

Formerly known as CIMB-Principal Asset Management Bhd., the firm was founded in 1994 as a joint venture between CIMB Group Sdn Bhd and US-based Principal Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: PFG), the former being the majority shareholder. Principal manages a range of unit trust funds as well as discretionary portfolios for corporations, institutions, governments and pension funds.
