Riccardo Sadun

Graduate in Business Finance at the University Commerciale L.
Bocconi University, Milan.
In 1988, Mr Sadun started his career at Group publisher Rizzoli RCS as assistant to the Director of Financial Holding.
From 1991 to 1997, he worked in Akros Finanziaria SpA as a senior in the operations of M & A, later in the draft economic capital restructuring of subsidiaries and then as head of the evaluation process and restructuring of real estate investments.
From 1997 to 2000 was CFO of Klockner Moeller.
From 2001 to 2007, was Director of Directors and Managing Director respectively of Media Group Srl (Entertaiment) and Sagicofim SpA (Italian leader in filtration systems for air).
In Fondamenta since December 2007, Chief Investment Officer of Recovery Fund and Senior Partner responsible for the development of real estate.
From June 2008 is CEO of Fondamenta SGR delegation with the activities and Distressed Real Estate Asset.
