Wexford Capital LP (Wexford) is an independent, SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida with additional office in Stamford, Connecticut. The firm was founded by Charles Davidson, Joseph Jacobs and Robert Holtz in 1994. Wexford provides investment advice to a variety of private pooled investment vehicles over which the firm has discretionary trading authority.
