Romeish Bala

Romeish Bala (New York) joined KKR Capital Markets in 2015 where he focuses on co-investments and partnerships.
He was previously a part of KKR Capital Markets team in London and was involved in credit structuring and placements for KKR’s existing European portfolio companies and new acquisitions.
He has worked on the execution of private placements in support of several of KKR’s acquisitions including, Telxius, Q-Park, Viridor, Cherwell Software, OutSystems and Benchmark Senior Living.
Prior to KKR, Mr. Bala worked at J.P.
Morgan’s London office on its credit risk and structured products teams as well as its financial institutions group coverage and leveraged finance teams where he focused on a variety of capital raising and advisory assignments.
He holds a B.S.
from Oxford Brookes University.
Mr. Bala is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a global volunteer for UNICEF.
