RYAN FARHA

Ryan Farha is Managing Director, Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of ORIX Corporation USA. He joined the firm in 2011 and is based in Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Farha oversees the legal aspects of all transaction origination activities for ORIX USA Group’s balance sheet and fund strategies, as well as strategic M&A.
As Corporate Secretary, Mr. Farha is responsible for developing, monitoring, and administering the legal governance framework of the enterprise.
This includes oversight of certain governance guidelines and approval processes among corporate officers, boards of directors, and committees.
In addition, Mr. Farha administers the operations and strategies of the ORIX USA Group Legal & Compliance Department, with an emphasis on managing resources, outside counsel, and technology.
Prior to joining ORIX USA, Mr. Farha was an attorney in the Corporate/Securities/M&A Practice Group at Winstead PC, a national corporate law firm based in Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Farha graduated magna cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law with a Juris Doctor and served as Managing Editor of Law Review.
He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship from the University of North Texas.
