BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Belgium (Germany) (BNP AM Germany) is the asset management division of BNP Paribas Investment Partners Belgium S.A., a subsidiary of BNP Paribas SA (XP: BNP, ADR: BNPQY) in France. The firm, formerly known as Fortis Investments, changed their name in 2010 when BNP Paribas Investment Partners and Fortis Investments combined their operations. BNP AM Germany provides institutional portfolio management and development and management of mutual funds to institutional, retail and private investors. They are a multi-centre, multi-product asset management firm. The firm is headquartered in Frankfurt.

Commerzbank AG (Broker) (Commerzbank-Broker) is the brokerage division of Commerzbank AG (ETR: CBK) in Germany. In 2009, following Commerzbank's acquisition of Dresdner Kleinwort the group created a Corporates & Markets platform which integrated the business of Dresdner Kleinwort GmbH-Investment Management.
