Shunsa Hayashi

Mr. Shunsa Hayashi is a Managing Director at AGP Japan Strategic Fund Management Pte Ltd.
and Senior Managing Partner at Ant Capital Partners Co., Ltd.
Mr. Hayashi joined Nikko antfactory (now Ant Capital Partners) in 2001 and is responsible for the group’s secondary investments which he spearheaded in 2003.
Prior to antfactory, he was with the then Industrial Bank of Japan from 1985, managing fixed income and corporate banking.
He also served as a Director of IBJ Merchant Bank in Singapore.
Following his tenure at IBJ Merchant Bank, he joined McKinsey & Company in Japan and Taiwan, and subsequently, Trend Micro as Vice President in charge of New Operations.
In 2000, he joined EMC Corporation heading Venture Leasing.
He holds a M.B.A.
from the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas Graduate School of Business.
