Steven R. Wechsler

Steve Wechsler has been with Tishman Speyer since 1978 and became Senior Advisor in 2023.
In this role, he oversees the firm’s sourcing efforts in Florida, manages important relationships with investors and partners, and is a member of the Investment Committee.
During his tenure, Steve was jointly responsible for supervising and coordinating Tishman Speyer’s acquisition program throughout the United States, as well as its global equity capital markets and joint venture programs.
In addition, he provided oversight for the New York region.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer upon its inception, Steve was a vice president of Tishman Realty & Construction Co., Inc. He serves on the Advisory Board of Columbia Business School’s MBA Real Estate Program.
Steve graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo and received an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
