Suzanne McCabe

Responsibilities: Suzanne joined Greenfield Partners, LLC in the summer of 2008 and is currently the HR Director.
Her primary responsibilities include employee payroll, benefits, staff employment, policy development, performance management and HR legal compliance.
Experience: Prior to joining Greenfield, Suzanne assisted an oil and gas private equity, a technical systems consulting company, and a professional training company in all areas of Human Resource management.
Major areas of focus were increased HR efficiency and system implementation, effective employee communications, problem resolution, and implementing cost effective and comprehensive benefit plans.
Education: Master of Industrial/Organizational Psychology – New York University
