Sisney is President of the Company.
He has a masters degree in Business Administration and a law degree from the University of Louisville and has been in private practice since 1980.
He has served as general counsel to the Finance and Administration Cabinet as well as counsel and legislative liaison to the governor of Kentucky.
He has also served as general counsel and Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture.
Mr. Sisney is and has been active in numerous civic and charitable organizations.
He has been the President of Lincoln since October of 1994.
