Timothy Gäre

Mr. Timothy Gäre is the Chairman at LNG Capital LLP.
He started his career in 1968 as a Portfolio Manager with Warburg Invest Management Ltd.
In 1979, he joined JP Morgan (Suisse) as a Director General Adjoint with responsibility for all private clients.
In 1982, he joined SG Warburg Bank AG, Zurich, responsible for Geneva branch and Member of the management committee of the Zurich bank.
From 1988 to 2006 he formed, owned and ran TSG Investment Management SA, a private fund management business specialising in quantitative investment strategies originated by him.
In July 2006, he joined Mirabaud Asset Management SA as a Vice President responsible for his own private clients.
He retired in 1998.
Since 1998, he has been a Director and subsequently Chairman of European Renaissance Fund Limited, a Cayman Islands equity investment fund for institutions, and serves as Director of a number of Cayman Islands mutual funds.
Since 2008 until April 2010, he served on the Investment Committee of Rudolf Wolff Limited, for whom he was also a portfolio manager, leaving these roles in April 2010.
Since March 2010, he has been an Independent Advisor to LNG Capital.
He is a Non-Executive Member of its Investment Committee and Chairman of the Board for various funds.
Mr. Gäre holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London and a Master of Business Administration degree from the London Business School.
