Todd I. Braff

Mr. Braff began his career at Seasongood & Mayer in 1979 and is currently a Senior Principal of the firm.
In his role as Institutional and Retail Sales Manager for Seasongood & Mayer, Mr. Braff is responsible for new issue pricing and institutional distribution of negotiated note and bond issues.
Seasongood & Mayer ranked first in senior managed public finance (note and bond issuance combined) in the State of Ohio over the last five years.
Under Mr. Braff's direction, Seasongood & Mayer has placed more Ohio notes and bonds in the hands of investors than any other investment banking firm in the country.
Mr. Braff manages a staff of twelve institutional and retail traders and salepersons.
Covering the entire country, his team places State and local notes and bonds with investors ranging from the top mutual funds in the country to individuals who live in the local community.
Last year, Mr. Braff and his team facilitated the sale of over $1.3 billion in senior managed notes and bonds, encompassing 285 different issues.
Mr. Braff is a graduate of Ohio State University with a B.A.
in Economics and Communication.
Active in both industry and community organizations, Mr. Braff is a past President of the Queen City Municipal Bond Club.
He has been involved with Big Brothers of Greater Cincinnati and served on the Special Olympics Committee of Cincinnati.
