Vanderlinde Cindy

Cindy joined the KP Ventures team as its Senior Managing Director in April of 2022.
She previously served as the Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Relationships in KP’s corporate office.
Cindy brings nearly three decades of healthcare strategy and M&A experience to the KP Ventures team.
Cindy joined Kaiser Permanente in February of 2018.
Prior to KP, she worked for PwC as a leader in its M&A and health care strategy teams and for Booz Allen Hamilton serving healthcare strategy, operations, technology, and public sector clients.
She began her career in a client and market development role for an early-stage start-up focused on automating hospital billing and back-office processes.
Cindy received her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in Chicago.
She currently serves on the Empowered Aging board, a local East Bay non-profit serving as an ombudsman and providing other vital services to seniors in Contra Costa, Solano, and Alameda counties in Northern California.
