Wataru Kojima

Mr. Kojima joined MCP Partners (formerly Mizuho Capital Partners) in 2019.
Mr.Kojima has a wide range of experience in the corporate finance and M&A advisory businesses both in Tokyo and New York.
He then entered the private equity space and gained extensive experience in deal origination, execution, oversight and exit of a number of investments.
In 1996, he started his career at the Investment Banking Division of JP Morgan.
Before spending 13+ years at an independent Japanese domestic PE firm and assuming his present position, he worked for PE division of Deutsche Securities Tokyo from 2001.
