Lang is President and Chief Executive Officer of Somerset Gas Transmission Co. LLC and a Member of the the University of Texas Engineering Foundation Advisory Council.
Prior to joining Somerset Gas Transmission, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Coast Energy Group, Executive Vice President of CornerStone Propane GP, Inc., and President and Chief Operations Officer of EnergyUSA. Previously, Mr. Lang was Managing Director of Southern Co. Energy Marketing, Senior Vice President of Vastar Resources, Inc., and President of ARCO Natural Gas Marketing, Inc. He was a Member of the Finance Committee and the Nominating Committee, a Board Liaison of the Gas Supply Marketing Section Committee and a Director of the Southern Gas Association.
Mr. Lang was a Director of the Gas Industry Standards Board and the New England Gas Association and Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Natural Gas Supply Association.
He began his career at Tenneco Gas in 1986 as Director of Marketing and Transportation Services.
Mr. Lang received a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas.
