The Construction segment deals with building, civil, mechanical, electrical, and piling works. The Property Development segment deals with the development of housing and commercial properties, leasing, managing, tenanting, licensing, and the occupation or disposal of such properties. The Trading and Manufacturing segment deals with the trading and manufacturing of construction and industrial products, building materials, and the importation and distribution of pharmaceutical products. The Building Materils segment deals with the manufacturing of pipes, pavers, piles, eurotiles, blocks, and concrete products. The Quarry segment deals with quarrying, the manufacturing of premix and ready-mixed concrete and the production of building stones. The Financial Services segment deals with lease and hire purchase financing. The Investment Holding segment deals with investment in properties, the management and letting of properties as well as the holding of investment in the shares of subsidiaries, associates, and other investments. The Others segment deals with the provision of secretarial and share registration services, management services, hotel operations, underwriting of insurance, and the implementation of securitisation transactions. The company was founded in 1974 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
