Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. is a historically African American Greek-letter organization founded in 1911 on the principle of achievement for black collegiate men. The private company is based in Indianapolis, IN, and has its Alpha chapter on Indiana University's campus. It is the second oldest existing collegiate historically black Greek letter fraternity and the first intercollegiate fraternity incorporated as a national body.
