Po Chuen Kwan

Po Chuen Kwan is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director at Sitoy Group Holdings Ltd.
He is also an Associate Member at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a Council Member of The Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association.

Mr. Kwan obtained a graduate degree from the University of Hong Kong in 1992.
He also holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Hong Kong in 1983.
Furthermore, he received graduate degrees from the University of London in 1987 and 1998, and a graduate degree from the University of South Australia in 2006.
