Founder of Uniunea Agentiilor De Publicitate Din Romania and Centrade USA, Inc., Radu Mircea Florescu occupies the position of Non-Executive Chairman of SulNOx Group Plc.

He is also President-MBA Program Board at Institutul de Administrare a Afacerilor din Bucuresti and Chief Executive Officer-South East Europe Region at Centrade Integrated SRL and on the board of 5 other companies.

In his past career he occupied the position of Founding Member at Iaa Romania, Member of European Association of Communications Agencies, Vice President of American Chamber of Commerce in Romania and Member of United Way România.

Mr. Florescu received an undergraduate degree from Boston College.
