In his past career Mr. Boussaid held the position of Audit Manager at The Coca-Cola Co., CFO-Carrier Heating Systems Business at United Technologies Corp., Audit Manager at Ernst & Young Audit SA and Vice President-Finance at Bombardier Transport France SAS.

He received a graduate degree from Institut Supérieur de Gestion.
