Currently, Ti Chun Hu is Chairman & Chief Executive officer of Siplus Technology Co. Dr. Hu is also on the board of ASPEED Technology, Inc., Tantti Laboratory, Inc. and Raytek Semiconductor, Inc. and Senior Assistant Vice President at E Ink Holdings, Inc.

In his past career he occupied the position of Vice President for Hannstar Display Corp. and Deputy General Manager at Unimicron Technology Corp.

Ti Chun Hu received a doctorate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
