Ajay Desai

Mr. Desai has worked in the investment management industry since 1996.
He currently is employed with Merrill Lynch's wealth management group.
Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. Desai managed a technology-focused equity hedge fund and performed extensive financial analysis on a variety of high technology firms.
He has a detailed understanding of the venture capital process and the funding of development stage corporations through private equity sources.
In addition, Mr. Desai co-founded a cash management consulting firm, and he has also worked for Andersen Consulting as a consultant.
Mr. Desai received an MBA from the University of Chicago.
