He is a Member of the College of Forensic Examiners.
Mr. Schachter received a BS degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and an MBA degree from Pace University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Certified Valuation Analyst, and a Diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Accounting.
