Poppe is senior counsel at Foley & Lardner and is a member of the firm's Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
His practice focuses on general and complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property litigation, franchise litigation, business torts, and unfair trade practices.
Mr. Poppe earned his J.D., summa cum laude (1999), from the University of Miami School of Law.
While in law school, he was a member of the law review and represented the University of Miami in the National Moot Court Competition in Atlanta, Georgia.
He received his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University (B.A., 1988).
