Alia Baig

Alia Baig joined LGIM in July 2003 as Head of European Equities.
Alia graduated from the London School of Economics in 1987 with a first degree in Economics and a Diploma in Business Studies.
She joined the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority as an Investment Analyst covering Pan-European sectors.
She later worked for Sun Life Investment in Management as European Investment Manager and was responsible for running the group's retail products.
In 1999 AXA Investment Managers (UK) was formed and Alia became their Head of European Equities.
