Alice Rainey

Alice Rainey is Senior Vice President of Shared Services for Skylight Financial, Inc. and a Director of the Georgia Automated Clearing House Association.
She was a Committee Member and Instructor for the Georgia Bankers Association, Southern Operations and Technology School.
Prior to joining Skylight Financial in August, 1999 she was Vice President of Operations for The Bankers Bank, Atlanta, Georgia.
Previously, she was President of the Georgia Automated Clearing House Association from 1999 to 20002.
Ms. Rainey held various positions at The Federal Reserve Bank, Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston and First Union.
