Allan J. Hisey

Mr. Hisey is partner in the law firm of Hisey Grafe, PC and has been practicing law in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for 28 years.
His practice is primarily focused on the representation of buyers or sellers in significant merger and acquisition transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, and reorganization of businesses and business assets, asset sales and acquisitions, stock sales and acquisitions, and leveraged and management buyouts.
Mr. Hisey also provides general corporate counsel services to businesses of all sizes, ranging from development stage companies to some of New Mexicos largest companies, in a broad range of industries.
Allan is Managing Partner of Sierra Capital LLC, a private equity investment firm.
Mr. Hisey is a native New Mexican and earned a BA from the University of New Mexico and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law.
He has been active for many years in a number of community and charitable organizations, including serving as a board member and Chairman of the Board of United Way, as a trustee of Anderson Schools of Management Foundation, as board member and Chairman of the Board of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northern New Mexico/Southern Colorado, and as a founding board member and officer of the Central New Mexico Affiliate of the Susan G.
Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. He is also a frequent guest lecturer on business organizations and mergers and acquisitions at seminars and at the Anderson Schools of Business at UNM.
