Amanda Essay

Prior to joining Pritzker Private Capital, Amanda spent four years in PwC’s capital markets and accounting advisory group.
While at PwC, Amanda provided transaction support on complex accounting and financial reporting matters arising from carve-out and spin-off transactions, financing, IPO’s and business combinations.
Amanda received her B.A.
in Economics from Vanderbilt University and her M.S in Accounting from the Owen School of Management.
While at Vanderbilt, she was a four-time monogram winner as a member of the soccer team.
Amanda is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
