Andrew Jones

Mr. Jones joined Morgan Stanley in 1989.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Jones was an analyst and Global Team Leader responsible for real estate companies and real estate investment trusts.
His specialization was in regional mall and shopping center companies.
Prior to joining the Equity Research Department in July 1996, Mr. Jones served in the Investment Banking Division of the firm for seven years.
He spent the most recent two years as an acquisitions officer for the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds.
Prior to that, he spent five years raising capital for both public and private real estate clients.
He has extensive experience working with private and public owners of real estate in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
Mr. Jones received his BA in economics from Northwestern University and his MBA from Northwestern's J.L.
Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
