The Democratic Governors Association is an independent political organization that supports Democratic governors and candidates across the United States. The non-profit company is based in Washington. The organization is chaired by Governor Phil Murphy and is dedicated to electing Democratic governors across the country. The association is proud to support Democratic governors in 24 states, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Washington, D.C. The Democratic Governors Association expands healthcare, creates good-paying jobs, protects workers' rights, builds critical infrastructure, and defends the right to vote.
