Anthony Aldea

Anthony brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial and executive leadership experience as Chairman and General Partner of Liquid River Capital Corp.
(LRC) and Non-Executive Chairman of Arch River Capital LLC (ARC).
He has managed over $1.5B in various high-risk restructuring and projects for a wide range of clientele, including financial institutions, ERP management firms, transportation and shipping, healthcare services, and other large-scale private sector organizations.
He has a proven track record of successfully restructuring distressed asset portfolios, realigning high-risk ventures, and executing volatile market transactions to produce substantial value and returns for stakeholders.
In early 2021, Anthony became non-executive Chairman and lead investor of BluSky Aviation Group Inc., a private acquisitions company focused on identifying, acquiring, and operating commercial aviation and transportation-related services.
That same year, he became a lead investor in Misty Mountain Resort Developments Group, a private acquisitions and management holdings company focused on restructuring distressed commercial hospitality and tourism properties across Western Canada.
In 2019, Anthony became a lead early-stage investor of Skytrack Developments, a mobile transportation logistics and data analytics software company, which he would later transform into SkyCab Developments Inc. in 2021.
In addition, he oversaw the successful restructuring of Cascadia Northern Air Inc. and Cascadia Airways Inc. (2019-2020) while serving as non-executive Chairman (until 2021) and lead investor until late 2022.
