Arthur S. Raskin

Prior to joining Cutler Capital in December 2009, Mr. Raskin spent 10 years at Cantor Fitzgerald managing a convertible trading group.
His responsibilities included business development and proprietary trading.
Before that, he was a founding partner of Founders, L.P., which controlled Forum Capital Markets, LP and Forest Investment Management, LLC, both headquartered in Old Greenwich, CT.
He was in charge of trading at Forum, a broker-dealer specializing in convertible securities.
Prior to that, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Mentor Partners of New York, NY and a convertibles trader at McMahan Securities Co. LP of Greenwich, CT.
He began his career in 1976 at Salomon Brothers in New York, NY where he ran proprietary and institutional convertible security trading.
He has an extensive experience trading and managing convertible security portfolios.
Mr. Raskin is a graduate of Tulane University.
