Ayesha Ali

Ayesha helps identify and support ambitious management teams across the Midlands that are looking for a private equity partner in the next stage of their growth journey.
She joined LDC in 2022 from Mizuho Bank, where she worked in the European Leveraged Finance team focusing on large-cap private equity-backed transactions across a broad range of sectors, including TMT, consumer and healthcare.
Prior to this Ayesha completed the Lloyds Banking Group graduate scheme, where she gained experience across Corporate Relationships, Financial Institutions Credit, Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors teams.
Ayesha graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Mathematical Economics & Statistics degree.
Outside of work Ayesha enjoys travelling and is a keen netball player.
